Results Day

RESULTS DAY!!  I couldn’t wait to get up and make my Shakeology today!  It was like a little piece of heaven as I was drinking it this morning.  Coming off the Reset I couldn’t think of a better way to start my 1st day back than with the healthiest, dense nutrition shake for my breakfast.  This was Butterfinger and was delicious!
Lunch today is…….Sushi rolls!  What!?  You mean I’m off the Reset but I’m making another Reset meal….YES!  These were so good, so easy, and super healthy to make!

10 Things I’ve Learned Through Completing the Ultimate Reset:

1.  I/You can accomplish anything if you put your mind to it!  If I can do this…anyone can do this!

2.  My “sweet” cravings are all in my head.  Although I did take a small bag of the candies passed around at the presentations last Friday night (they were Hot Tamale candies and those are my FAVORITE).   I don’t have the desire to run over grab the bag and throw them all in my mouth.  I’ve worked hard to get the results I did over the past 3 weeks and I have no intention of throwing that away!  I may eat one or two here and there, but I don’t plan to go on a sugar frenzy and eat a lot of candy, cupcakes, and ice cream over the next few days.

3.  I can survive on drinking water alone!  I’ve NEVER just had water to drink and nothing else for 3 weeks straight.  I was sure that I would have soda cravings, but not having the occasional Sprite didn’t bother me like I thought it would.  I woke up this morning and had a big glass of water.  I plan to start every day like this from now on.  Water is so important to keep our bodies functioning and flushing toxins from the body!

4.  Cooking with fresh ingredients makes a huge difference.  I liked the process of cutting all of my vegetables and using my hands to make my meals.  It made me respect and be thankful for the food I was eating.

5.  Our bodies are an amazing thing!  If we feed it with the fuel it really needs, the effects it will have are amazing.

6.  Although the process was time-consuming with grocery shopping for certain things, the prep work for food, and timing of meals eaten…it was worth it for the lessons learned along the way.

7.  I don’t need as much food as I thought I did.  As long as you’re feeding your body with the right things, it will take care of itself.

8.  I enjoyed learning to cook new things and I look forward to experimenting in the future with new healthy recipes.

9.  I’ve learned to take things in moderation.  Am I saying I won’t ever allow myself a cheat meal?  No, of course not!  It’s not a bad thing to feed your body with an influx of carbs one meal a week.  It will boost your metabolism and increase your leptin levels so that you can continue burning fat.  Leptin is the key of all fat burning hormones, so including a re-fuel day is encouraged.  I’m not saying run out and eat as many cheeseburgers, donuts, pizza, and stuff as possible…just keep it in moderation J

10.  Buying fresh produce isn’t as expensive as I thought it would be.  I was mentally prepared for the cost of the grocery purchases needed for this program, but honestly it was FAR LESS than I was anticipating.

Ok, so everyone has been asking for the results and here they are:  I lost 15 lbs and over 6 inches over the past 3 weeks!!  I’m incredibly happy with the results and not just for the lbs lost…although that’s a nice benefit.  I feel lighter and less bloated feeling, and the one thing I wanted the most is that it’s brought my confidence back in me.  I drifted off course for a while and got into a really bad “funk” phase and now I have the fire and desire to reach for my old goals and new ones that I’m dreaming of.

If you are in a slump, want to break through a plateau, or just get started on a fitness/nutrition plan I would love to help you and support you through your journey.  Meeting my coach was the BEST thing that happened and she has been there to support me, encourage me, and challenge me to be the best version of myself and reach high for my dreams.  I would love to help YOU!

Day 20 - Sooo close

Nothing too exciting to report today.  Busy day at work meant I had less time to focus on how close I am to finishing this thing.  I got home and started cooking veggies for tonight and that's when it dawned on me that tomorrow night I'll be DONE!  I'm looking forward to Wednesday that's for sure.  I'll be able to start working out again and teach my Turbo Kickboxing class that night, I'll be able to have my Shakeology again, and I'll be able to start incorporating chicken and fish back into my diet....YAY!!  My celebration cookout (for my MBA) is Friday night, so I'm looking forward to eating some of the yummy treats that will be here.  I'll definitely be keeping an eye out on what I'm eating and splurging in little moderation.  Some people are really sensitive when coming off of the Ultimate Reset and going back into regular diets, but I think I'll be ok.

Breakfast was cantaloupe and grapes this morning.  The cantaloupes we've been getting here lately have been really good so I've been sticking with those.
For lunch I had a salad again and veggies from last night.  I also put just a little avocado in the salad (it's hiding in the picture).
Dinner was just stir-fry veggies.  We had zucchini, broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, and carrots tonight.  So tasty!  This is definitely one of the ways I will cook veggies going forward.  The recipe gives it so much flavor!
Check back tomorrow for the final days meals, and stay tuned Wednesday for the RESULTS!

If you are interested in doing a program like the Ultimate Reset, or looking to make a change in your nutrition and/or fitness world let me know.  I'd love to help you get on your way and be there to support you as you go!

Day 19 - 2 more days

My last weekend on the Reset was a success!  No cheating, although sitting here next to my sister with her grilled shrimp is a pretty nice smell.  I tend to "smell" a lot of their foods if its something I'd like but can't have yet.  They laugh at me, but it's worked so far.  Today was nice because I was able to get outside and work in the flower bed for most of the afternoon.  I saw this picture and couldn't help but think how true it is.  I've been eating a very clean diet now for almost 3 weeks and I feel incredible...better than I have in a long time.

Started off the day at church and I made sure to get up early enough to eat before hand.  I've definitely learned my lesson and will always have breakfast before I go anywhere.  This morning was watermelon with about 1/2 an orange.
Lunch was a salad and a small side of zucchini.  I eat the same salad because I'm SUPER picky about lettuce, but the Reset does call for different types of salads each day.  That's the reason mine is always the same in case anyone was wondering.
I was outside working in the flower bed all afternoon so I stuck with the easiest snack possible which was almonds again.

Dinner was supposed to be more of the roasted beets, but that wasn't sounding good at all.  Actually made my stomach turn thinking about it, so I went with some edamame and corn along with stir-fry veggies again.  I'm quite addicted to cooking veggies this way now!  So yummy!
I can't believe I only have 2 more days!  I'm glad to have gone through this, but I'm ready to be done.  Not because the meals are bad but because I just want to be able to eat when I want, and what I want again (healthy that is).  Having to constantly plan out when I eat and take my supplements is tiresome.  I don't want to discourage anyone from doing this program in the future, but like I said, I want this to be an honest blog about the journey.  Very rewarding, but not an easy thing to complete.  Final stretch.....2 days to go!

Day 17 & 18 - Funny Dream

I missed the Day 17 post due to a really busy day so I'm combining the two days together.  You didn't miss much in terms of meals on Day 17 because they were all meals I've been having before.  I had to attend the final night of presentations for my MBA program last night and then come home and get ready for the garage sale we had this morning.  Completely forgot about my post :-(    Several people had mentioned to me that they have weird/crazy dreams while doing the Reset for whatever reason.  Up until now, I haven't had any weird ones to make note of until Thursday night.  I dreamt that I was out with several people and my sister had gotten some pecan pancakes (my favorite).  I ended up asking her for just a bite and she said 'no, it'll ruin your Reset'.  My response was 'it'll be ok, it won't hurt anything' to which I ate the entire plate of pecan pancakes plus her eggs, sausage, and bacon!  I woke up startled thinking 'oh my gosh what did I do' and then realized I was dreaming.  Shaking my head about how dumb I felt at that moment, I went back to sleep.  Not necessarily a crazy dream, but it made me laugh when I actually woke up on Friday morning.

For breakfast yesterday and today I had fruit again.  Cantaloupe and a pear yesterday and just cantaloupe today.
Lunch yesterday was a salad, but I wished I had a little extra because it wasn't quite enough.  I wasn't starving, but I felt like I could have eaten a little more.  Today I knew we were going to be doing the garage sale and then working in the yard so I had a side of veggies with my salad.  Very good today!
Yesterday I had to alter my meals again due to the presentations so I had veggie stir-fry for a late snack/early dinner.  Today I snacked on some almonds while we were out in the yard.

Dinner tonight was Roasted Fennel Bulb with a side of veggies.  I tried the fennel bulb and I will NOT be having that again....ever!  Not my cup of tea.  Some people LOVE it....I am NOT one of those people.  For those who haven't ever had fennel bulb, when you cut into it the smell reminds of you black licorice (which I'm not a fan of).  I tried to keep an open mind after it was cooked, but nope just couldn't finish off the portion of it.  I added the rest of the veggies I had made instead.
As you can imagine, without having protein in a while my craving is without a doubt chicken and fish.  That craving, along with the milk one, have pretty much been a staple since about Tuesday or Wednesday.   I look at it this way....at least I'm craving those things instead of pizza, cookies, or ice cream!  Almost done....3 days to go!

Day 16 - Almost Broke Down Today

Today was THE day that I almost broke down and cheated...threw it all away....went for the candy....got the fast food for dinner.  It was the WORST day so far only because of the stress at work and in my life that has been building up.  The first of month is always super busy for me at work and today was no exception.  I worked for about 6 hours on a specific task and realized when I was finished that it was wrong and had to redo everything I had done.  As I've mentioned in earlier posts, Monday and Tuesday were already stressful for me so today was just building.  My normal stress reliever is to workout and because I can't do that, I have no where to release the frustrations of this week.  All I wanted after 3:00 (when the sh$# had hit the fan) was to go get some chocolate and then started thinking about what I could grab for dinner.  I was frustrated, mad, hungry b/c I hadn't eaten my snack yet, and just tired of dealing with everything.  Thankfully, I pulled myself together and remembered my WHY for doing the Reset and made it through the afternoon until I could come home.  All this just reminded me again that when I get that stressed out, I turn to bad food for the comfort.  Unfortunately, after I've eaten it I feel awful because I know it wasn't part of my overall fitness goal....lose, lose situation.  No one wins when I allow this to happen.  I'm happy that it has been so recognizable throughout this process and that it registered in my tiny little brain!

Meals for today were all repeats from before.  Breakfast was watermelon, but I wasn't as satisfied with that as I had been by combining different types of fruit together.  I'll stick with a mixture from now on.
Lunch was leftover edamame/corn recipe and a few almonds.  Still just as good as the first time!
My snack was grapes this afternoon.

Dinner was supposed to be curried cauliflower....but I RUINED it!  I was so proud that I had done so well on cooking all of the recipes so far, but today my streak ended lol.  It was so bad I had to throw it all away without even eating it.  Luckily I had a little sweet potato leftover from last night so I repeated last night again.  Still loved my veggies though!
In the final stretch.....only 5 more days!!!

Day 15 - Phase 3...Here We Go

Day 15 is officially done!  Here's a quick picture of the food purchased for Phase 3.  I spent just under $50 with the watermelon and grapes being the most expensive.  I hate cutting watermelon so I'm perfectly fine with paying extra to get some that is already pre-cut.  Lots of veggies here!
Phase 3 eliminates everything except fruits and veggies.  You can add in a side of grains if you feel like you need it, but I will try and avoid this if possible.  We eliminate everything except the fruit and veggies because proteins and grains are harder for the system to process and digest.  This phase is about resting and using our energy to repair our bodies and build healthy bacteria in our systems.

Breakfast was fruit (a staple in Phase 3).  Today I had the rest of the cantaloupe and grapes I had left in the fridge before using the new produce.
Lunch was miso soup with a portion of the leftover acorn squash.  Not my favorite, but it was fine.
Snack was fruit again today.  I'm loving the fresh fruit part of the Reset and can't help but have that as my snack when I can.  Today I finished off the strawberries I had left and then the rest was watermelon. YUM!
Dinner was AWESOME!  Veggies galore stir-fried on the stove with a sweet potato.  I ended up going back and eating the rest of the veggies I had because they were so good.  Don't worry, bigger portions are ok in this phase because of the lack of protein and smaller calorie counts that veggies have.  I may be adding these veggies in a lot more this week...YUMMY!!

Questions about the Reset or any of the recipes?  Let me know I'm happy to help :-)

Day 14 - I see the Light

Day 14....glad it's over.  I haven't been sleeping well the past couple of days so I've been exhausted when I get home and the LAST thing I want to do is cook.  At least tonight's meal was fairly simple and tasted so good!

Started today off with fruit again....strawberries and cantaloupe win again.
Lunch was a salad but I mashed up part of an avocado and had that also.  It helped a bunch and gave it a little different taste rather than just plain spinach.  You can't see it in the picture but the cucumbers, tomatoes, and a small amount of pumpkin seeds are in there also.
The past few days my sweet cravings have really been hitting me hard.  Thankfully I remember to pack some grapes "just in case" that happened and was able to eat those instead of the carrots I had originally brought to work today.  Always have options for yourself :-)
Dinner was delicious!  It was a corn, edamame, pepper medley dish.  I'm so full from it, but it was just too good.  The recipe called to cook the corn and then roast it in the oven even longer.  Next time I won't put it in the oven, I think that made it too chewy for my liking, but overall it was a success.  I added the leftover veggies from last night as well.

Tomorrow brings Phase 3 - the LAST week!!

Day 13 - Rough Day

Today was a rough day unfortunately.  I am most definitely a stress eater and today was very stressful at work, so you can imagine where my mind went immediately (candy, chocolate, food I'm not supposed to have, etc).  I didn't want to come home and spend another hour cooking dinner.  Today I REALLY missed my batch cooking days and can't wait to have several meals prepped and ready to go again!

Breakfast was...you guessed it FRUIT!  Strawberries, cantaloupe, and blackberries (although the blackberries were buried for the picture)
Lunch was a salad.  I'm going to try adding avocado to the salad and see how that goes.  Salads are going to be a staple going forward for the last 8 days so I need to figure something out and not eat dry salads anymore.
By the afternoon, I was craving everything sweet.  The "candy dish" has Dove chocolates, reeces eggs, butterfingers, you name it it's probably in this dish.  BUT I didn't go and get any and I kept with my fruit snack.  I bought some grapes at lunch today and they were SO good!  Very sweet and juicy...it's been a while since I've had grapes that good.
Dinner was a new thing...acorn squash.  I had some Brussels sprouts and zucchini with it.  Not bad, but different.
I didn't realize I was supposed to cut this into quarters so I ended up with 1/2 of the acorn squash on my plate.  I didn't eat all of it and will save the rest for later.  Hoping and praying for a better day tomorrow!

Day 12 - Weekend Wrap-up

I will admit, I was a little nervous to be at my own house this weekend during the Reset.  My sister was working all weekend so it was just me and our dogs holding down the fort.  Last weekend I was out of town with family and had lots of distractions, but it was just me this weekend.  Yesterday wasn't too bad in terms of craving terrible-for-me things, but today I noticed I started getting that "I'm bored, hmm what can I eat" thought process late in the day.  I looked at my clock and realized it was getting close to dinner so no wonder I was starting to get a little hungry.  I had been working on a project and completely lost track of what time it was, so THANK YOU to my stomach for reminding me :-)

Started off the day with fresh fruit again.  I enjoyed yesterday cantaloupe/pear combo so much I had that again today.  Still delicious and very satisfying.  I had gotten into a really bad habit of forgetting to eat breakfast before I would go to church.  So if I didn't have time to make my Shakeology and drink it on the way, I would just skip eating anything all together....BAD choice!  That just left me really hungry and starting to think about where and what I/we (depending on if my sister is with me) could go eat after we got out of church.  And 9 times out of 10 the choices of places and then choices in entrées were never the healthiest choices we could have made.
After church I took the dogs for a quick walk and then prepped my salad for lunch.  Same salad for previous days, just cucumbers, tomatoes, and some pumpkin seeds.  I'm not a fan of the dressings on the Reset, so plain salad for me it is.  Good thing is that I've gotten used to it and it's not as bad anymore.
I've really liked having almonds in the afternoon as part of my snack.  It's a great way to satisfy that "crunchy" craving if you're having one.  Today I wanted something a little sweeter so I went with a little cantaloupe.
Dinner was different for me.  I've never had nor have I ever cooked beets before.  I was a little nervous after reading other people comments on them, but they weren't terrible.  I would like to add a few more spices to them next time, but on the Reset we are limited in spices so they worked for tonight.  I roasted some zucchini and asparagus along with the beets and loved those.
I've been really craving milk over the past two days.  When I was growing up, I was the main person who drank milk in my family and I could go through a gallon in a few days (if that long).  Pre-Reset as an adult, I've cut back A LOT on how much milk I drink, but not having it at all for 12 days now has finally started getting to me.  I will enjoy that first glass when I finally get to have it again :-)  Almost finished with Phase 2......9 days to go!  Stay tuned....

Day 11 - Half way point!

I'm officially on the down hill part of this journey!  Only 10 more days to go....I'm looking forward to seeing how the results turn out.  I've tried avoiding the scale because I don't want to "stress" over what I've lost or haven't lost.  I have checked it though and I'm happy with where I was.  I feel lighter, less bloated, stronger, and overall less stressed.  The less stress is partly to do with school being officially over, but I had the less stress feeling prior to today so I know that isn't all of it.  I had a ton of energy today and because I can't officially workout, I chose to "workout" around the house instead.  I cleaned the counters, vacuumed every room in my house, cleaned and dusted my bedroom.  I was on a roll!

This morning for breakfast I had fruit again (a pear and cantaloupe).  Both tasted delicious!  I used to hate cutting up fruit.  It takes so much time, it's messy, and time consuming but over the past week and a half I've actually handled so much of my food it's opened my eyes to what it is that I'm cooking/cutting.  I appreciate it more.
Lunch was the last of the pino beans/rice combo.  Honestly, I had this because I got distracted cleaning and forgot to look at the time.  I was behind in prepping food and decided to go with this and make it a little easier.
My snack was carrots and almonds again.  These were easy to mess with this afternoon when I was running from room to room.
Tonight I wasn't very hungry.  I really wanted broccoli for some reason so I heated the rest up from yesterday and ate some of the lentils from the quinoa/lentil recipe from yesterday as well.  Tonight was supposed to be miso soup, but again, I'm not a miso soup person so this was a nice alternative.  Feeling great today and ready to tackle Day 12 tomorrow!

Day 10 - Dream of Success

Day 10...DONE!
Lately, I’ve been really craving chicken.  Not just any kind of chicken, but a specific way that my mom used to make it when I was growing up.  It’s nothing fancy, just baked chicken with a little salt and pepper (I think), but for whatever reason it has just been sounding SO GOOD the past 2 days.

This morning I had strawberries and blackberries for breakfast.  I’m really liking and getting used to eating fruit for breakfast.  Usually my breakfast was always my Shakeology, but the fruit has made my loss of Shakeology a little more bearable.  Don't get me wrong, I can't WAIT to make my first Butterfinger Shakeology the day after this is done!
Lunch was some of the left over pinto beans/rice combo.  It tasted better today than yesterday, not sure why.
I switched up my snack/dinner meals again because I’m sitting in presentations again tonight for school.  Dinner was a lentil/quinoa recipe.  I may have burned the lentils last night (oops) so I think that altered the taste of this recipe.  It wasn’t my favorite today, but I’d like to try it again when I don’t forget about the lentils cooking on the stove hahaha.  I also had broccoli as my veggie…love, love, love broccoli!
My snack tonight is carrots and some almonds.  I forgot how much I like almonds.  They really satisfy that “crunchy” need that I sometimes get.  I had more carrots in the bag, but realized I was eating all of them before taking my picture.  Also, I didn't eat all of those almonds.  I carry a small plastic bag around with almonds for a "just in case" situation.  I only ate a small handful tonight.
Interesting recipes coming up this weekend….stay tuned for more…

Day 9 - Presentation Day

Today was a pretty good day.  I was busy at work and it seemed to just fly by.  Before I knew it I was leaving to get to my presentation for school.  I had some watermelon for breakfast today.  It was a nice change up from the cantaloupe/strawberry combo.  The only bad thing was that it's not really time for watermelon yet so it didn't really have that nice, sweet flavor.
Lunch was the leftover sweet potato/red pepper soup.  I also had asparagus again, but forgot to take my picture until it was already gone....oops!
Today and tomorrow I had to switch up my dinner and snack times due to the lack of a microwave at school.  I had pinto beans and brown rice right before I left work and then had my fruit during the presentations tonight.  I liked the beans/rice recipe, but I would like to add a few more spices to it next time (post-Reset).
I had strawberries and oranges as my snack tonight.  These strawberries were really good and super sweet!
I didn't eat any of the cupcakes or bags of candy that were passed around from a couple of the groups that presented tonight and it didn't really bother me to not have any.  I've noticed my cravings for sweets getting better and not as often anymore.  I've just been craving chicken yesterday and today for some reason.  Still going strong and almost to the 1/2 way point already!  Stay tuned for more new recipes....

Day 8 - Lesson Learned!

Ok, so remember I said you're not supposed to workout while doing the Reset....well, Wednesday nights is my night to teach Turbo Kickboxing so I taught last week (day 1) and I taught tonight (day 8) but I won't be teaching next week.  I've been walking my dogs and doing some light stretching but nothing too strenuous.  Last Monday wasn't too bad in terms of energy throughout my class, but tonight was a little tougher.  Definitely had to "dig deep" (as Shaun T would say) to pull out the energy tonight.  There's a reason they say to not do heavy workouts while going through the Reset and I learned that lesson tonight.

A lot of the breakfasts during this phase are fruit so I warn you now...it'll be a lot of fruit combinations :-)  Today I had cantaloupe, strawberries, and blackberries.  I didn't feel hungry this morning for whatever reason so it was a struggle to get all of the fruit down, but it was a ton of fruit and filled me up.
Lunch was a salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and pumpkin seeds.  Nothing too exciting, but it kept me full until snack time.  Keep in mind the breakfast and lunch bowl are a lot deeper than what is shown here so I'm eating more than what you can see.
My snack today was fruit with some almonds.  I increased the portion size a bit because I knew I was going to be working out and needed the extra calories to compensate.
Dinner was another soup concoction of sweet potato with roasted red pepper and spices.  When I finished it I had to laugh because it looked like baby food.  My sister was sweet enough to help me out with prepping this meal so a big THANK YOU to her!  I also increased the veggies serving size and added 1/3 cup of brown rice.  Again, I was only adding the portions sizes because I knew I had burned a lot of calories in my workout and didn't want to be at too much of a caloric deficit for the day.
It turned out pretty good and I loved the asparagus!!  I'm excited for the meals tomorrow but now time to go get them all prepped and ready to go.  Stay tuned....

Day 7 - Goodbye Phase 1...Hello Phase 2!!

7 days...I can't believe I've already been doing this for 7 days...it's crazy!  I'm moving from Phase 1 which was the "Reclaim" phase, onto Phase 2 which is the "Release" phase.  I'll be eliminating all animal products (dairy, eggs, and meat) from my meals this week and I'll be on more of a vegan type meal plan (veggies, fruits, and whole-grains).  I'm not too worried about the food in this phase.  It will still have recipes I've never tried or even heard of before doing the Reset, but I look at it as an opportunity to learn and expand my mind to new things.  But before we get too much into the next phase, let's finish up with how Day 7 went!

I felt better today and didn't have any huge cravings, thankfully!  Although the "candy desk" is still there, it wasn't as bad walking past it today.  Breakfast was another variation of oatmeal with apple, flaxseed and cinnamon added to it....very good!  These oatmeal recipes are so simple and delicious...I will be keeping these going forward!!
Lunch was zucchini/cashew soup.  Yes, you read that right....zucchini and cashews together to make a soup!  I would NEVER have come up with that on my own, but it was pretty good.  Very filling and only 3 ingredients...what!?  I chose to eat this a little warm, but I may try having it chilled next time to see if it's any different.  You have to get past the whole "I'm eating green soup" but if you can, this is a winner.
Afternoon snack was cantaloupe today and I literally just realized I forgot to eat my almonds with it...oops!  After my sweet craving dilemma yesterday, I definitely wanted to get some cantaloupe to help curb that craving.  Although this cantaloupe wasn't as wonderful as the one I had this past weekend, it still did the job.
Tonight's dinner was supposed to be the baked tempeh again, but after I got off work and went to the grocery store, I just couldn't wait that long to eat (the baked tempeh recipes takes over an hour to make).  So I used the remainder of the roasted root medley I had from yesterday and added 1/2 cup of brown rice to it.  Again, this recipes is delicious and pretty easy to make.

So onto Phase 2 I go......

I went grocery shopping tonight for the items I need in week 2 and was surprised when she told me the total of my bill....less than $28!  I couldn't believe it.  I had a TON of fresh veggies and a couple of frozen items, but it was a bunch of food (see picture below) so I assumed it would be a lot more expensive.  Don't ever use the excuse of "eating healthy is way more expensive than going through a drive-thru"....I can PROVE you're wrong!  I say this because I've had people tell me that!  What makes me sad is that they actually believe it :-(   If I help show just ONE person that they can eat clean and healthy and be successful with this blog then I'll be a happy person!

I will be prepping my dinners a couple of days in advance due to my schedule for the remainder of the week.  Looking back on it now, I didn't exactly start the Reset at a good, non-stressful time...I'm in my last week of my MBA program, I was traveling to visit family, and my job is pretty stressful at the moment.  Lol oh well, nothing like a little challenge to reach your goals, right!?

Questions?  Let me know and I'll be happy to answer them.  Stay tuned for Phase 2!
